CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Get your Saturday off to a great start with a perfect mix of cardio and strength training. This class incorporates 30 minutes of Spin and 30 minutes of our RIPT class!
Come build, tone and strengthen your muscles with one thing… resistance bands! This 45 minute class will be a total body workout and it’s tailored for ALL fitness levels. You’ll be surprised at the workout that can be done with a simple band!
BARRE classes incorporate moves from ballet, pilates and yoga. It will feature low-impact exercises that focus on proper alignment.
HARDCORE is a mixture of ab/core, calisthenics and short burst movements.
HIIT HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a training technique in which you alternate between intense bursts of activity and intervals of quick rest. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
PILATES classes focus on building strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine.
RIPT (resistance intensity performance training) is similar to a full body workout class. We will be adding resistance and plyometrics/stretching too!
RUSH is a mixture of circuit training and cardio inside the group fitness room, gym and outside. It could differ each day. It is designed to get you a good calorie burn and back to work!
STRIKE is a 30 minute circuit training class that includes kickboxing, jump rope, ab work and kettlebells.
TORCH takes calorie burning to a whole new level with a mixture of Spin and high intensity training class. You can push yourself solo or challenge your friend to a contest during this 45 minute class!
